Our heaters are used in medical devices, laboratory analyses and clinical supply systems to keep fluids such as blood, infusion or irrigation fluids at physiological temperature. They ensure uniform heating along the entire pipe or container section - even under changing ambient conditions.

Our solution
In this customer project, flexible, heaters theaters and heaters theaters were used. These were wrapped around plastic or stainless steel pipes. A proprietary winding process with graduated power density and integrated sensors ensures uniform heating along the entire fluid path at 38 °C (± 2 °C).
