Customer-specific heaters are the ideal solution for precise and reliable heat transfer in demanding applications where standard off-the-shelf products are not suitable. The possibilities for size and shape are almost limitless. This allows us to specify complex geometries for you and at the same time design heaters with the highest precision and reliability.

Our consulting services: Together to the perfect heater

Our heaters are extremely adaptable, electrical surface heating elements that enable efficient and precise heat management. In contrast to conventional heating solutions (such as hot plates, ceramic heating elements, etc.), flexible heaters are thin, bendable, and can adapt to a variety of surfaces and shapes. This versatility makes them ideal for applications in a variety of industries, including electronics, semiconductors, aerospace, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing.

The heaters are made from advanced materials such as polyimide (Kapton®), silicone, MICA, butyl or polyester manufactured. Each material has different advantages, such as maximum temperature, heating power density or resistance to environmental influences such as chemicals, moisture and radiation. Depending on your requirements, we will select the optimum material for you.

    1. Inquiry and requirements analysis

    The first step is your inquiry. Let us know the requirements of your application and send us your technical drawing. Our experienced team will analyze your specifications and coordinate closely with the engineers in development to check the feasibility and optimum implementation.

    2. Customized offer

    Based on your requirements, we create a detailed offer that is perfectly tailored to your application. This includes the one-time set-up costs, prototyping costs and graduated prices for potential series production. You will also receive an approximate delivery time, enabling you to plan clearly.

    3. Design and approval process

    After placing your order, our design team will start creating the technical drawing of your heater. This will be presented to you for review and approval. If you require any changes, we will incorporate them. Minor adjustments are already included in the price. More extensive changes will require a new estimate. Your approval marks the start of production.

    4. Prototyping and feedback

    After the set-up phase, you will receive the samples for intensive testing within a few weeks. If there is need for adjustments, your feedback is incorporated directly into the next prototype batch. Every change is professionally documented so that version statuses can be tracked transparently.

    5. Final production and delivery

    If your tests were satisfactory and successful, your heater goes into series production. Small quantities are also possible, of course. Precise planning and manufacturing guarantee high processing quality and reliability. We are also happy to support you with supply chain issues. Framework agreements with defined safety stocks help our customers keep inventory levels low and maintain supply security and flexibility high.

    Medical technology
