The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, DSG, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
The following information is processed during your visit to this website: The date and time of accessing a page on our website, your IP address, the name and version of your web browser, the web page (URL) you visited before accessing this website, certain cookies (see there) and that information which you yourself provide by contacting us or filling in a form.
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to make this website available to you and to further improve and develop this website;
- to create usage statistics;
- to detect, prevent and investigate attacks on our website;
- to respond to your inquiries;
- to carry out marketing measures;
- to subscribe to the newsletter
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:
- Contractual obligations or implementation of pre-contractual measures
- as well as our primary legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation), which is to achieve the other purposes mentioned above.
If a processing purpose requires explicit consent, we will obtain this separately from you.
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we will process the data you provide for the purpose of answering your inquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data. We store your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose of processing or for as long as there are statutory retention obligations.
If you send files via the contact form, the website sets a technically necessary key (token) to count the number of files anonymously and to ensure the proper transmission of the files. It is deleted at the end of the session.
Our website does not use cookies. In addition to the key mentioned above, the website uses a technical key (key, token) for session management and performance optimization. It does not contain any personal data and only stores technical information to ensure website functionality. It is deleted at the end of the session.
To operate this website, we require hosting services such as infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space, database services, security and maintenance services. We or our hosting service provider process data of our website visitors such as contact data, content data, usage data, meta and communication data due to our legitimate interest in a satisfactory and secure website offering. For the same reason, we or our hosting service provider process so-called server log files (e.g. website accessed, file, time of access, data volume, browser and operating system information, referrer website, IP address, user provider). We have concluded an order data processing contract with our hosting provider and maintenance service provider.
Storage period: Log files are stored for a maximum of 3 months for security reasons (investigation of misuse or fraud). If it is necessary for evidentiary purposes due to an incident, data may be stored for longer.
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration of consent. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. This procedure is called "double opt-in" and is state of the art. The applications are logged in order to comply with the obligation to provide proof. This also includes the data categories registration and confirmation time and IP address. Changes to your data stored with the mailing service provider may also be logged.
The newsletters contain a small file that is retrieved from the mailing service provider's server when they are opened. This collects technical information, the time of retrieval and the user's IP address. This information is used to improve the service and analyze target group behavior.
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every newsletter e-mail. We will then remove your data from the newsletter mailing list. In the event of a complaint, the data may remain stored in a deletion log for the duration of the limitation period in order to prove the admissibility of the mailing.
The newsletter is sent via the service provider "CleverReach" of CleverReach GmbH & Co KG, Schafjückenweg 2, D-26180 Rastede, Germany. The data is processed exclusively within the EU. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.
