The K, KM, and KH short-circuit indicators are maintenance-free devices for the reliable detection of short-circuit faults in medium-voltage networks with radial or open ring topology. Faults are detected via a defined current threshold and indicated by a bistable red flip-flop display. The indicators operate completely without an external power supply and are ideal for robust, simple applications. Different reset variants allow flexible adaptation to the respective installation situation.
