Earth fault indicator with potential-free fiber optic connection

The EASI-L earth fault indicator is designed for radial networks and open ring networks with rigid or low-impedance resistive earthing. The special feature of this design is the fiber optic connection between the indicator and the earth fault sensor, which provides potential-free isolation. This allows the indicator to be installed even in unshielded areas. The separable sensor allows for easy retrofitting. It is powered by battery or, optionally, by an external power supply.
