AC grid simulators 2kVA - 960kVA

IT7900 series: Programmable network simulators

The four IT7900 series from ITECH comprise programmable network simulators and offer the user a comprehensive selection: from the simple 4-quadrant voltage source to scalable network simulation with high performance.

  • IT7900 series: 16 - 150 Hz | 2 - 15 kVA | 3-phase (from 6kVA)
  • IT7900P series: 16 - 2400 Hz | 2 - 15 kVA | 3-phase (from 6kVA)
  • IT7900E series: 16 - 500 Hz | 21 kVA | 3-phase
  • IT7900EP series: 16 - 2400 Hz | 21 kVA | 3-phase

The IT7900 series offers standard models with basic network simulation functions. The models are the ideal choice as stand-alone devices if no later scaling is planned and no complex network dynamics are required. A current source mode is also available for this series.

The IT7900E series offers fully programmable grid simulators for test labs and developers who want to simulate real grid environments with high performance. These devices are mains regenerative.

The premium devices (higher frequency ranges) in the IT7900EP series deliver high dynamics in transient mains tests. High outputs of up to 960kVA can be generated by means of parallel connection. Ideal for high-power test systems where modular expansions are planned. This series also offers a configurable RLC load function.

The IT7900P series offers premium devices (higher frequency ranges) with faster response times, extended protection functions, multi-channel output, as well as current source mode, a network recording function and a configurable RLC load function. These 4-quadrant programmable power simulators are ideal for test benches with very high performance and modularity requirements.
