Compact source-measure units for precise IV measurements

The IT2800 Series Source Measure Units (SMUs) are compact and cost-effective benchtop instruments for high-precision generation and measurement of voltage and current. They combine a voltage source, current source, voltage and current measurement, and ohmmeter in a single device and enable IV characteristic curve measurements in all four quadrants. With very wide measurement ranges from 10 fA to 10 A and 100 nV to 1000 V, these instruments are ideal for precise measurements in research, development, and quality assurance. The intuitive graphical user interface on a 5-inch touchscreen significantly increases test efficiency.
